I’m so proud of Adam for kicking out Courtney, I hope he gets to have his own book in the future. I’m so pissed at Courtney for walking all over Adam, and also for trying to ruin what Carter and Olivia has.

I just feel bad for him because HE DID NOT DESERVED TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT.

Now let’s talk about Adam, because I’ve come to love him. I knew this is very fictional because there is no way in hell there is a Carter Beckett in the real world. Not only acknowledges it but also understands it. I truly understand why Olivia was being a push-and-pull, her fears are validated and I love that Carter acknowledges it. It frustrates me at first because Olivia always does the opposite of what she should probably do but as you all know it turned out for the better. I love that he’s very patient and understanding with Olivia. What I like about this book is their dynamic as a couple because *spoilers! they did end up together* I love Carter because he is such a funny and witty guy, and the guy does nothing half ass. That is until he met Olivia Parker who literally turned his world upside down. The bricks surrounding me may be tumbling down one by one, but I’m not sold yet, which means for the first time in his life, Carter’s the one begging.įor my time, my trust, for a single chance.Ĭonsider Me is about Carter Becket who is an asshole, playboy NHL player and the one thing that he not bothered to do is have a girlfriend, or care to have a girlfriend. Sure, he may be pretty, but he’s also a walking, talking reminder for you to wrap it before you tap it.īut then I start letting my guard down, and he starts showing me pieces of himself I had no intention of seeing. I have the solution to all my sexual frustrations in a drawer at home, and it’s far less complicated than Carter Beckett. His only problem? I have no intention of falling for his shi-um, charm. He’s had everything served to him on a silver platter, including endless strings of women, and apparently, I’m up next. He’s arrogant, self-centered, and the man doesn’t seem to know what a filter is, let alone how to use one. Consider Me is the First book in Playing for Keeps series.Ĭarter Beckett is the NHL’s resident batboy, top player both on the ice & in the bedroom, and quite possibly the sexiest man to ever grace my field of vision.
